Molecular sieve 13X
Normally molecular sieve 13X including 13X APG and 13X HP.
Molecular sieve 13X APG is used for air separation plant. It is used in deep cooling conditions.Firstly we need cool the air to solid. Under air pressure, the boiling point of N2 is -196℃ and the boiling point of O2 is -183℃.Due to the different boiling point, N2 will become gas firstly and O2 is still solid. It is the right method to separate N2 and O2 to get high pure oxygen and N2. Deep cooling oxygen concentration is almost used in converter, steel-making, and blast furnace smelting.

Molecular sieve 13X HP is the most advanced absorbent for oxygen concentrator. It is normally used for small oxygen concentrator.It is working under normal atmospheric temperature.Mini oxygen concentrator working principle is PSA(pressure swing absorption) and VPSA
PSA oxygen concentrator is based on the preferential adsorption characteristics of absorbent under normal atmosphere and temperature. Under pressure condition,it will absorb N2, CO2 and water firstly so that to get high purity oxygen. Under pressure reduction, the molecular sieve 13x hp will de-absorb the absorbed gas and other impurity. It is called molecular sieve regeneration. The oxygen purity is normally 90-95%.
